All neon signs are tested and leave our warehouse in perfect working order.
All neons must be inspected by you immediately upon delivery. If the item has broken glass or other damage upon delivery, you must report this damage immediately to the delivery company to initiate a claim. If you experience difficulty with resolving your claim with the carrier, please contact Billiard Towne customer service, and we will assist you in any way possible. Damage claims filed after 72 hours may be refused.

All neon signs are guaranteed operational for 30 (thirty) days from the time of delivery. Our guarantee covers the Light (bright and even lighting of glass tube) and the Transformer (operational).
In the event a neon sign ceases to function within 30 (thirty) days of delivery, you must contact Billiard Towne within 30 (thirty) days of delivery.
Our guarantee does not cover breakage or damage due to abuse, misuse or mishandling by anyone.
To return for refund, replacement or exchange, you must first ask for and obtain a return authorization. E-mail us at info@billiardtowne.com, or call 1-800-691-POOL from within the U.S., outside the U.S. call 1-973-625-5400.
Products must be returned within thirty (30) days in their original condition and packaging with all accessories. Return shipping must be prepaid and should be insured. You will then receive a prompt refund, replacement or exchange.
All Billiard Lights and Game Table Lights must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping must be prepaid. The light must be returned with all accesories and in new and saleable condition.
We use UPS Ground or similar package services for those items that meet their size and weight requirements.
Motor freight is used for larger and/or heavier items. Items shipped motor freight are delivered "curbside". You will need to be home to accept delivery and unload the merchandise. The motor freight company will not be responsible for unloading or bringing the merchandise into your home.
Motor freight costs vary widely depending on destination, carrier and other factors. For those items on our website that do not include shipping in the price listed, you may request a shipping estimate prior to ordering. Contact us with the following information: Stock number (SKU) of the item, your delivery town and zip code, your e-mail address and phone number.
Free shipping offered on specific items applies only to the contiguous United States.
